Our services are reserved for persons legally capable of entering into contracts under French law. Registration on lestoilesdularge.com requires full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Once your registration on lestoilesdularge.com has been confirmed, you can purchase and access your space on our site. The elements required to validate your registration are your surname, first name, postal address and e-mail address.

The data collected is for the exclusive use of Les Toiles du Large. It is necessary for the processing and management of orders and for commercial relations between Les Toiles du Large and its customers.

Our prices are non-binding, subject to stock availability.
The valid prices are those indicated at the time of the order, as they appear on our site (errors and omissions excepted).

 6- Quality assurance

lestoilesdularge.com is not responsible for the correct description of the products presented on its site (authenticity and condition of the products).
The photos on line correspond to the product you will receive. However, our products are unique, and it is possible that the product you receive may differ in color and general appearance.
lestoilesdularge.com cannot be held responsible for comments, reviews and descriptions of products.

 7- Reservation of ownership

lestoilesdularge.com reserves ownership of the goods until full payment has been received, in accordance with the terms of law n°80-336 of1st May 1980, relating to the reservation of ownership.
No reservations will be taken into account.

8- Secure payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard) or Paypal account.

9- Product delivery

lestoilesdularge.com is committed to delivering your products in the best possible conditions. Products are packaged in appropriate containers. From Monday to Saturday, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (working days) of validation of your payment by credit card, or of receipt of your cheque in the case of payment by cheque. The order will be sent to the address indicated by the purchaser when validating the order.
Please check that the contact details you enter during checkout are correct. Make sure you are present or represented at the time of delivery, and provide a telephone number.
You have a choice of shipping method:
- Tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature to your door, at a postal outlet or via Colissimo. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
- Chrono 13: dispatched to your home and hand-delivered before 1 p.m.
- Chrono relais: delivery to the relay point of your choice before 1 p.m.
You can also collect your products from our workshop in La Ciotat or Marseille.
Whichever shipment method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages are sized according to the products shipped.
En cas de problème à réception de vos colis vous devrez impérativement vérifier le contenu du ou des colis, avant signature du bordereau de transport s'il y en a un. Toute anomalie devra être indiquée sur le bordereau de transport s'il y en a un, avec le descriptif exact des colis endommagés ou manquants. L’anomalie doit être signalée par mail à atelier@lestoilesdularge.com dans les 48h afin de lancer la procédure d'indemnisation en nous faisant parvenir les documents de transport. Sans indication particulière, la responsabilité de lestoilesdularge.com ou celle du transporteur ne saurait être engagée.

10- Product returns :

You have :
- 14 days from receipt of parcel to request a refund
- 30 days from receipt of parcel to request an exchange
Returned items must be unused and in their original, undamaged box. The return is validated by our services if and only if all these conditions are met. Return shipping costs are always at the customer's expense, except in the following 2 cases:
● Packing errors are our responsibility
● Incorrect product description of the item(s) ordered
Les Toiles du Large will pay the shipping costs for the new product(s) chosen only in the specific case of a change of size or color.

 11- Disputes

The present terms and conditions are governed by French law and any dispute or litigation that may arise from the interpretation or execution thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SARL Les Toiles du Large. The reference language for the settlement of any disputes is French.
